Does this site have anything to offer you?
Hopefully this summary will save you the effort of poking around here without getting what you want!

MyndGuide may be for you if:
You have some answers but haven’t yet found your solution.
You feel you have improved and now want to optimize with the next step.
You have collected many teachings and have a solid practice but you are still waiting towards real results.

MyndGuide is about that next step, the final step – which is realizing there is no next or final step.
MyndGuide is about the application of what you already have, not the collection of more.
Myndguide is not needed, the author hopes to teach others (and themself) that.

If you are new to this stuff, I don’t think MyndGuide is a great starting point.
If you are just beginning, I suggest you search out and collect as much information as you can from as many sources as you can. Hunt and gather and allow your desires the enjoyment of consuming all the amazing (meaningless?) information that constitutes this silly ‘what-is-the-meaning-of-life’ stuff.

Sooner or later you will start to feel well traveled but still incomplete, a little weathered, and a lot discouraged.
Your path will have traversed the the various lessons and landscapes and you will have arrived at the inevitable cliff.
It will be on that precipice that you are
confronted with the uncomfortable reality – you can not logically proceed any further without a leap of faith.

Your teachings will tell you that leap of faith is required
but you may not be ready to jump,
so you will turn and continue along the cliff’s edge.
You will travel the perpendicular path.  A path that prolongs the inevitable.  But a path nonetheless.

And you walk the cliff’s edge for a while,
a view of your target keeping you appeased,
collecting more and more teachings,
hoping one the next one will provide you with the courage to step out and over the edge,
and you will continue that way, indefinitely,
until you realize that the courage required can only come from within, never from further down the path.

That is where MyndGuide sits – on the edge of the leap.

Feeling rushed? Don’t be. The leap of faith is inevitable.
Plus the edge is a wonderful place to reside – it has the most amazing views and the path is quite the adventure.

If you choose the perpendicular path, dont critique it or yourself – enjoy it.
If you want to practice while on this path, notice how the small missteps and slip push you closer and closer towards the edge.  Each time you are scared, each time a new edge is created for you to travel along.

Don’t let anyone else tell you when it is your time to leap.  Be your own guide.  Explore what may be holding you back, but without judgement.  Realize and then let that go too.

I know this path well.
The path of painfully small increments.
Sometimes known as the turtle’s path, slow and deliberate, but I will get there.
Sometimes know as the chicken’s path – I have wings but I am not willing to fly.
Sometimes known as the fool’s path – full of missteps that push me further out, over and over, and yet I still refuse to leap.  How silly I must look as I grasp for the edge, my heart racing as I reluctantly ease into what could be so simple and enjoyable but instead seems like suffering.  … but no judgement 😉

I am constantly reminded that this path has been set in advance.  The route and timeline are beyond anything I could ever understand so I do my best to optimize my experience for me and enjoy the vista from the cliff’s edge.

So there you have it – that is MyndGuide.
aka – self-directed lessons for the stubborn, scared, perfectly evolved, mind-based humans that are learning they have no idea.

– follow up questions –
Why optimize your existence?
I view it as finding the sweet spot.
Get too high or dive too deep and you won’t survive.
You need to breathe, a requirement for human life – so you find balance on the surface, between the two extremes.

Do you recognize the opportunity you have to exist?
To experience life on Earth is nothing to scoff at.
When we see that suffering must exist so we can know enjoyment,
from that point in the middle can we then optimize the experience and make the most of it.

Why optimize this experience when I could just ascend to that?
As you may have come to realize, ascension is easier said than done.
Ascension is like realization – you don’t just sit and realize, it is something that happens when the conditions are right.
And those conditions are universal – not within your control.
There are no levels to this experience but if we were to use that analogy to satisfy our need to understand –
we must complete the current level before we can advance to the next, so let’s get really good at having a mind and being human, understand all the ins and outs of your experience here, then see what happens next.
